Angelo Buratti, CEO, founds Metalcoating srl. The company initially carries out work on selective buffers, in particular for stainless steel household products, as well as selling solutions and projects for brush plating processes.

The first plant of chemical nickel plating is installed with tanks of 1000 litres.

The first version of the Metalcoating laboratory is set up.

Metalcoating designs and manufactures MetalenP or its nickel plating solution, the market response is high.

Metalcoating srl It is the first Italian company to develop a chemical nickel free of heavy metals, designed for machining of material destined for the food sector. The product is approved and certified by NSF Standards (U.S.A.) taking the name of MetalenP NSF.

Metalcoating srl invents and patents CarbonNiP, a new coating with high resistance to wear and corrosion.

Authorization is issued from the police headquarters in Milan for the processing of firearms. Registration Cat. 6/a Nr.1063 reg.

Metalcoating srl broadens its horizons by moving to the centre of the industrial area of Sesto Ulteriano.

The desire to grow and meet the demands of the market brings Metalcoating to achieve a new goal. With great satisfaction, the certification for ISO 9001: 2008 is obtained.

Metalcoating develops Micrometer, an instrument capable of real-time measurements for the thickness of galvanizing and / or chemical deposits.

Between 2013 and 2016 equipment is developed for the improvement of our solutions, called: Tensiometer Chromium version, Tensiometer ENickel version (also in the version for electrolyte nickel plating tanks and CarboNip tanks), H Meter and Porosity Meter.
